My Story

I believe I have discovered the secret to Living Life to the Max. That means never having to worry about paying bills ever again. It means having the freedom to spend time with your family and to do the things that you truly love to do. And it means living with optimum health knowing that your body has all that it needs to assure a long and vigorous life experience.

The journey of discovery has not been easy and for that I am grateful… when things come too easy they are not appreciated and many times not even recognized. I have long since lost track of all the different avenues that have been searched in an effort to find answers.

It can be described as an ongoing quest for learning and success. I did very well academically in the field of engineering which led to scholarships, government grants and opportunities to teach as well as to apply the knowledge to the solution of many interesting and challenging problems.

I have been the perpetual student always looking for new ways that I can improve myself, constantly being driven by the gut feeling that I can do better. This led to doing the firewalk with Tony Robbins which is an extreme test of ones willingness to trust and step out into the unknown.

Always trying new approaches, searching for better ways of doing things and along the way finding many answers while at the same time discovering as many new and more challenging questions.

The quest has been absolutely fascinating and I have come to the belief that our potential is virtually unlimited when we learn to eliminate the internal blockages that stand in our way. It’s a matter of clearing away all the bad stuff and replacing it with the good which will lead us to what we truly want to experience in our lives.

I have long had an interest in holistic health (integration of mind, body and spirit). By watching the foods I eat, exercising regularly, including running three times a week, and having a great mental attitude, I am totally pain free and still feel like a 25 year old (except that my running now is a lot better than it was at 25!)

I have chosen to avoid traditional medicine, for the most part, due in part to my wife’s suffering through nine devastating years of cancer. She was a trooper and a wonderful soul! I believe she suffered more from the treatments than from the cancer itself. And, in the end, the best treatments mainstream medicine had to offer were not able to save her!
